As part of the brilliant Entertaining With series on T Magazine, Val and Vanda hosted an intimate garden dinner for friends and collaborators they rarely get to socialise with. The menu was a homage to their Cambodian heritage created and prepared by the brilliant chef Tom Geoffrey.
