Delivery and Refunds


We shall deliver your order through a courier or postal service of our choice to the delivery address that you have given us. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. We deliver to the UK and internationally.

We use a Royal Mail 24 hour service for domestic orders and FedEx for international orders, all services are trackable and need to be signed for. If you are not there, a note will be dropped through your door explaining how to get your parcel or how to rearrange delivery. If you do not collect the items or rearrange delivery after 14 days, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for the return delivery costs.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and we cannot be liable for delays in meeting them. We do not dispatch orders at the weekend or on UK bank holidays, if you place an order on such days, it will be processed on the following working day. We are liable to you for any damage or loss of the Products while in transit until they are delivered to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer UK VAT free shipping on international orders . The VAT will be deducted at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

All applicable import duties, taxes, and fees will be calculated and payable at checkout on all orders shipped outside the United Kingdom. By paying these charges at checkout, your order will be shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning no further duties or taxes should be payable upon delivery by you, subject to the import regulations of your destination country.

If you fail to collect your order from customs and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

Our preferred courier is FedEx for International shipping.

DELIVERY CHARGES AND TIMES:

  • UK express shipping £8. Orders placed Monday — Friday before midday will be shipped the same day and received within 1-2 working days.
  • Europe & USA delivery £25. Orders will be received within 2-5 working days.
  • Switzerland £35. Orders will be received within 3-5 working days.
  • Rest of the World delivery £40. Orders will be received within 3-5 working days.

Please note during sales and other busy periods it may take longer than usual to receive your order.


Right to cancel- Cooling off period

You have the legal right to change your mind and to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your delivery. We will refund you the price paid for the Products in accordance with our Returns Policy as stated below.

Please inform us by emailing us at info@aimelondon.com with your name and your unique order number as found on the order confirmation email.

You must return the Products within 14 days of informing us of your intention of doing so.

Returns policy


We hope that you will love your order as much as we do but if something isn’t right you have 14 days to return your items to us.

When returning any Products to us, for any reason, you must take reasonable care that they are received by us and not damaged in transit.

Please follow the below to generate a returns label. Please note this service costs £6, which will be deducted from your return.

— Log into our return portal with your order number with the # prefix and email address used to place the order: https://returnsportal.shop/aime-london

— Follow the instructions on the portal, selecting the reason for the return, and if you would like to request a refund, exchange or credit note.

— Please pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice (you can also print one here) from your order inside the package.

— Print the return waybill label downloaded from our return portal and affix it to the outside of the box, or use the qr code. The waybill label should always be visible at the front of the parcel.

Please drop off the parcel at the drop off locations from Royal Mail or schedule a home collection.

You can also drop off your order at our Notting Hill store.

We will reimburse you the price paid for the Products no later than 14 days after the day we receive them back from you and we will use the payment method you have used for your order.

Unless an item is faulty, we do not refund shipping charges. Customers returning orders are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted item.

International Returns

Customers returning orders from outside of the UK are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted item and all other costs associated with returning their order.

Please follow the below to generate a returns label.

— Follow the instructions on the portal, selecting the reason for the return, and if you would like to request a refund, exchange or credit note.

— Please pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice from your order inside the package.

— Print the return waybill label downloaded from our return portal and affix it to the outside of the box, or use the qr code. The waybill label should always be visible at the front of the parcel.

— Please mark your package as "Returned goods" on the outer packaging.

— Affix all 3 copies of the commercial invoices to the front of the box. This will help avoid any delays at UK customs and thus with your refund. Please do not use any commercial invoices or paperwork used to ship the order to you.

Please drop off the parcel at the drop off locations from Fedex or schedule a pick-up.


Please note this service costs £25 for Europe & USA, £35 for Switzerland and £40 for Rest of World, which will be deducted from your return.

We will reimburse you the price paid for the Products no later than 14 days after the day we receive them back from you and we will use the payment method you have used for your order.

All items must be returned in a fully resaleable condition, which means beings unused and unworn with original tags attached, and packaging undamaged. We may make a deduction on your refund if the value of the returned Products has been reduced by you handling them in a way that would not be permitted in a shop.

Briefs and swimming costumes must be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the hygiene strip has been removed or the items are soiled, and will be sent back to the customer.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds on monogrammed items. Unless the item is faulty, the conditions set out above will not apply.

Note that we are only offering refunds, if you want to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights.
