The following tell you the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you from our website www.aimelondon.com and on which you may use the website.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. If you may not wish to be bound by all the Terms, you may not access the website or use any services.

When you use our website, our Privacy Policy will also apply.

This website is operated by HV Sisters Ltd (company registered in England under company number 03577795) trading as Aimé. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aimé. Our registered office is at 32 Ledbury Road, London W11 2AB. Our VAT number is 725 9046 25.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 6pm. Please note that we will not be able to answer your queries outside of these hours.

About these terms

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service and any of our policies by posting updates and/or changes to our website. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page.

The Terms in effect at the time you placed your order will apply, unless any change to these Terms is required by law in which case it may apply to any order previously placed by you. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. 

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service.

Contract

Your order shall constitute an offer to us to purchase the Products listed in the order. After receiving your order, we will send you an Order Acknowledgement email, please note that this email does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

Your order will be accepted and a contract for the sale of the Products will be formed between you and us on the earlier of 1. the date on which we receive payment in full or 2. when we dispatch the Products to you. An Order Confirmation email containing a unique order number and dispatch notification will then be sent to you.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may decide at our discretion to not accept your order because for instance the Product is out of stock, we have identified an error in the price or description, or we are unable to meet a delivery deadline. We will inform you of this and will not charge you for the Product or if you have already paid for the Product, we will refund you.

Each confirmed order constitutes a separate contract between you and us and shall be governed by these Terms.

Products

Our Products and their packaging may vary slightly from the descriptions or pictures provided on our website or otherwise communicated to you. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the Products.

Price

The prices of the Products are the prices indicated on the website when you place your order. All prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of postage/delivery.

The prices are given in GBP.

We may vary the prices on our site at any time and without any notice.

It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our website are incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before dispatching your order so that, where the Product’s correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the Product’s correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order.

If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as mispricing, we may end the contract and refund any sums you have paid for Products you have not received.

We are happy to offer a sale price adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale if the exact item you have purchased is available at the time your request is made. This does not apply to items purchased at a reduced price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be marked down further.

Sale price adjustments will be in the form of a gift card redeemable on our website which will be valid for 6 months.

Payment

You must pay for the products before we dispatch them.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours and that all details you provide to us including, without limitation, name and address details are complete, correct and accurate. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We will not charge your payment method until we dispatch your order.


Delivery

We shall deliver your order through a courier or postal service of our choice to the delivery address that you have given us. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

We deliver to the UK and internationally.

We normally use a Royal Mail 24 hour service for domestic orders and DHL international orders. All services are trackable and need to be signed for. If you are not there, a note will be dropped through your door explaining how to get your parcel or how to rearrange delivery. If you do not collect the items or rearrange delivery after 14 days, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for the return delivery costs.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and we cannot be liable for delays in meeting them.

We do not dispatch orders at the weekend or on UK bank holidays, if you place an order on such days, it will be processed on the following working day.

We are liable to you for any damage or loss of the Products while in transit until they are delivered to you.

International Shipping:

We offer UK VAT free shipping on international orders. The VAT will be deducted at checkout once you enter your delivery address. Orders may be subject to taxes, import duties, and fees ("Fees") once they arrive in the destination country. These Fees are not included in our prices nor in our delivery charges and you are responsible for their payment.

If you fail to collect your order from customs and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

Our preferred courier is DHL.

Delivery charges and times:

  • UK express shipping £8. Orders placed Monday — Friday before midday will be shipped the same day and received within 1-2 working days.
  • European Union delivery £35. Orders will be received within 4-7 working days.
  • Rest of the World delivery £35. Orders will be received within 4-7 working days.

Please note during sales and other busy periods it may take longer than usual to receive your order.

Right to cancel- cooling off period

You have the legal right to change your mind and to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your delivery. We will refund you the price paid for the Products in accordance with our Returns Policy as stated below.

Please inform us by emailing us at info@aimelondon.com with your name and your unique order number as found on the order confirmation email.

You must return the Products within 14 days of informing us of your intention of doing so.


Faulty products

If you have any questions or complaints about your order or if your Product is faulty, please call us on +44 (0)203 972 7306 or email us at info@aimelondon.com.

You have a legal right to a refund, repair or replacement if the Products you have bought are not as described, not fit for purpose or of unsatisfactory quality.

If you discover the fault within 30 days of receiving the item, you are entitled to a refund, including the standard delivery costs and the reasonable costs of posting the item back to us.

If a fault occurs after 30 days of receiving the item, we will offer you a replacement or a repair.

If the Product cannot be replaced or repaired, we will then offer you a refund.

Returns of faulty products must follow the terms of our Returns Policy below.

Returns policy

We hope that you will love your order as much as we do but if something isn’t right you have 14 days to return full price items and 7 days to return sale items to us.

When returning any Products to us, for any reason, you must take reasonable care that they are received by us and not damaged in transit.

Kindly include the completed Returns form you will have found with your order (you can also print one here) and for international returns, a copy of the invoice.

You are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items and all other costs associated with returning your order. Our return address is Aimé, Pall Mall Deposit, Unit PL12, 124-128 Barlby Road, London W10 6BL. We advise you to use a signed for service and retain proof of postage.

You can also drop off your order at our Notting Hill store.

We will reimburse you the price paid for the Products no later than 14 days after the day we receive them back from you and we will use the payment method you have used for your order.

Unless an item is faulty, we do not refund shipping charges.

Customers returning orders from outside of the UK are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted item and all other costs associated with returning their order. Please email us at info@aimelondon.com and we can provide you a DHL return label. We charge £35 for the service and this will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may use a different courier and we advise you use a signed for service and retain proof of postage. Note that if you return your order, custom fees will not be refunded.

Please mark your package as "Returned goods" on the outer packaging and commercial invoices in order to avoid additional charges and delays getting back to us. Customs, duty and import fees are not refunded.

All items must be returned in a fully resaleable condition, which means beings unused and unworn with original tags attached, and packaging undamaged. We may make a deduction on your refund if the value of the returned Products has been reduced by you handling them in a way that would not be permitted in a shop.

Briefs and swimming costumes must be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the hygiene strip has been removed or the items are soiled, and will be sent back to the customer.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds on monogrammed items. Unless the item is faulty, the conditions set out above will not apply.

Note that we are only offering refunds, if you want to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

We monitor the number of returns made by customers and repeated returns may, at our discretion, lead to future orders being refused.

Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights.

Liability

We will be responsible for any loss or damage you suffer that is a reasonably foreseeable result of our breaching these terms when you commenced using this website or if a contract has been formed, but we are not responsible for any economic or any indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us. We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so.


Use of the website

We take reasonable care in preparing and presenting the contents of the site however we give no guarantee that the information it contains is complete, accurate or reliable. Product specifications are not intended to be binding and only have the purpose of giving a general description of the items. We disclaim all warranties with regard to this information, including, without limitation, warranties of technical efficiency, satisfactory quality, non-infringement and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law.

The website and all materials published on it are owned by or licensed to us. The copyright and all other intellectual property rights on the contents are our sole and exclusive property or that of our licensors.

You may view our site and print its contents for your personal and non-commercial use only.

Without our prior written consent, you may not use, transfer, copy or reproduce any part of our website, including text and images, its source HTML code in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical or otherwise, except for the sole purpose of viewing its content.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right at any time to suspend, temporarily or permanently, your access or use of the website for operational, legal or any other reasons.


Virus protection

We do not guarantee that our website is virus-free and secure. You are responsible for configuring your computer programmes in order to access our site. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage which occurs as a result of any virus or breach of security.


Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. In the event of a dispute between you and us, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceeding in Scotland.

If a court finds part of these terms unlawful, the other parts are deemed severable and shall be enforceable.

General

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. 

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service). 

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
