- Do you have a favourite walk in London?
Hampstead Heath has been my favourite walk for years. It’s around 700 acres of green with centuries old trees that's not been completely nature perfected into parkland.
- Which is the best holiday spot in the UK?
Cornwall definitely. I’ve had the best barefoot adventures in my 20’s in Zennor and now up on the north coast around Trebarwith — it’s a magical place.
- Do you have a tip to beat the winter blues?
Dry body brushing every morning from the soles of the feet across the whole body and always towards the heart. This helps shift any stagnation physically and energetically. Also Wilder’s Healing Spirit Soak, and you don’t have to own a bath for this, a foot bath in these pink Himalayan Salts with calendula oil, vetiver and rose geranium eases anxiety and helps to ground the nervous system.
- Can you share with us your daily mini-rituals for wellness?
I try and always have a shot of organic carrot juice first thing to help cleanse the whole body system in the morning, this is especially supportive to the liver and you don’t need more than a few carrots which is easy to prepare and clean the juicer afterwards.
I never leave home without applying Phyto Radiance Day Oil And I always add a few different Wilder herbal remedies into my water flask for the day depending on my needs. There's always Sacred drops in there and then at this time of year I’m adding Botanical Saviour to support immunity.
- What would be your three ‘desert island’ products from Wilder?
Phyto Radiance Day Oil, Sacred Wash & Hand cream — but then I would probably need Goddess Of Protection Body Oil on a desert island too!
- Do you have a tip for finding calm in busy London life?
A walk on the Heath, yoga at Re-mind studio, seeing a film at our local Lexi cinema, a Wilder Bath Soak.
- Is there a Wilder product you often gift to loved ones?
I always gift Sacred Wash & Heartfelt Tea — I know! Its so hard to say just one.
- Can you describe the values at the heart of Wilder?
Creating formulas that are 100% natural and organic, using therapeutic herbal ingredients which help provide the absolute very best environment for the body to thrive. This is the heart of our naturopathic philosophy. A 360 degree approach for whole natural wellbeing and beauty.
